Repository
Govern canonical Kairos content assets — slides, PDFs, answer keys, rubrics, OCR sheets, render outputs, and imported source files — across all downstream runtimes.
Repository owns the canonical files and render artifacts behind Kairos content — slide decks, PDFs, answer keys, rubrics, OCR response sheets, packets, source uploads, render manifests, and supporting media. Lessons, Assignments, Standardized Exams, Templates, and Publishing reference these assets; Repository does not own pedagogy and does not publish content, it only exposes asset truth.
This Command Center is read-only. It loads asset collections from Firestore in parallel, partial source failures are non-fatal, and it does not write to Firestore, upload to Storage, or invoke Cloud Functions. The asset import flow is planned for a later patch.
Slide decks, lesson PDFs, and instructional render manifests referenced by canonical lessons.
Worksheet / workshop PDFs, including paired lesson-attached W## files from the curriculum spreadsheet.
Per-question correct answers, accepted variants, and partial-credit rules in PDF or structured form.
Criterion / level matrices for short response, open response, and project rubrics.
Bubble-sheet layouts with fiducials, page geometry, and form mapping for scan + grade flows.
Multi-document packet bundles for paper delivery (lesson + workshop + answer sheet).
Authoritative source uploads — released exam PDFs, syllabi, or vendor-provided masters.
JSON manifests describing how a content record renders into a final asset.
Pending and processed import jobs from spreadsheet uploads or external partners.
Images, video, audio, and miscellaneous supporting media referenced from lessons / packets.
